മൂലങ്കാവ്: കുട്ടികളിലെ അക്രമവാസനകള്‍ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിന് വിദ്യാലയങ്ങള്‍ മുന്‍ കൈയ്യെടുത്ത് കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് പ്രത്യേക കൗണ്‍സിലിങ്ങ് നല്‍കണമെന്ന് ബാലവകാശ കമ്മീഷന്‍ ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ കെ.വി. മനോജ്കുമാര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. പത്താംതരം വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥിയെ സഹപാഠികള്‍ മര്‍ദ്ദിച്ച സംഭവത്തില്‍ മൂലങ്കാവ് ഗവ. ഹയര്‍സെക്കന്‍ഡറി സ്‌കൂളിലെത്തി തെളിവെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുകയായിരുന്നു കമ്മീഷന്‍. കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് പഠിക്കാനുള്ള സമാധാനം അന്തരീക്ഷം വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളില്‍ പുലരണം. കുട്ടികളില്‍ സഹപാഠികള്‍ തമ്മിലുള്ള അനിഷ്ടസംഭവങ്ങള്‍ ശ്രദ്ധയില്‍പ്പെട്ടാല്‍ ഇവ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് അധ്യാപകരും രക്ഷിതാക്കളും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം. വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളും രക്ഷകര്‍ത്താക്കളും ഒരുപോലെ കൈകോര്‍ത്ത് കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കിടയിലുണ്ടാകുന്ന പ്രശ്നങ്ങള്‍ എളുപ്പത്തില്‍ പരിഹരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയും. മൂലങ്കാവ് വിദ്യാലയത്തില്‍ ഉണ്ടായ അനിഷ്ട സംഭവങ്ങള്‍ രമ്യമായി പരിഹരിക്കണം. ഇതിനായി രക്ഷാകര്‍ത്താക്കളുടെയും ജനപ്രതിനിധികളുടെയും യോഗം ഉടന്‍ വിളിച്ചു ചേര്‍ക്കാനും ബാലാവകാശ കമ്മീഷന്‍ ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കി. ജില്ലാ ശിശു സംരക്ഷണ യൂണിറ്റ് വഴി കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ കൗണ്‍സിലിംഗ് നല്‍കാന്‍ ചൈല്‍ഡ് പ്രൊട്ടക്ഷന്‍ ഓഫീസറെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി. ഏറ്റവും അടുത്ത ദിവസം തന്നെ ഇതിനുള്ള നടപടികള്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കണം. ആവശ്യമെങ്കില്‍ പോലീസിന്റെ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കുള്ള പ്രത്യേക കൗണ്‍സിലിങ്ങ് നല്‍കണം. സംഭവത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് കേസില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ട കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് ഇതിനോടകം മുടങ്ങിയ പാഠഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കണമെന്നും പ്രധാന അധ്യാപികയോട് കമ്മീഷന്‍ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിച്ചു. ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള ജനപ്രതിനിധികള്‍, പൊതുപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍, സ്‌കൂള്‍ വികസന സമിതി അംഗങ്ങള്‍,വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് അധികൃതര്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവരെയെല്ലാം ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തി യോഗം ചേര്‍ന്ന് തുടര്‍ നടപടികള്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കണം. കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കുന്ന ശരിയായ കൗണ്‍സിലിങ്ങിലൂടെ വിദ്യാലയത്തിലെ പഠനാന്തരീക്ഷം വളരെ വേഗം പുനസ്ഥാപിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയണം. വിദ്യാലയത്തില്‍ നടന്ന സംഭവങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് പ്രധാന അധ്യാപികയില്‍ നിന്നും കമ്മീഷന്‍ മൊഴിയെടുത്തു. ബാലാവകാശ കമ്മീഷന്‍ അംഗം ബി.മോഹന്‍കുമാര്‍, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഉപ ഡയറക്ടര്‍ വി.എ ശശീന്ദ്രവ്യാസ്, ജില്ലാ ചൈല്‍ഡ് പ്രൊട്ടക്ഷന്‍ ഓഫീസര്‍ കാര്‍ത്തിക അന്ന തോമസ്, ബത്തേരി പോലീസ് സബ് ഇന്‍സ്‌പെക്ടര്‍ എ.അനില്‍ കുമാര്‍, മൂലങ്കാവ് ഹയര്‍ സെക്കന്‍ഡറി സ്‌കൂള്‍ പ്രിന്‍സിപ്പാള്‍ എസ്. കവിത, പ്രധാന അധ്യാപിക കെ.എം ജയന്തി, പി.ടി.എ പ്രസിഡന്റ് കെ.എന്‍ എബി തുടങ്ങിയവര്‍ യോഗത്തില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
