കൊല്‍ക്കത്ത : ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്ക്‌സ് അസോസിയേഷനുമായി (ഐബിഎ) നടന്ന ചര്‍ച്ചകളില്‍ തീരുമാനമാകാ ത്തതിനാല്‍ മാര്‍ച്ച് 24, 25 തീയതികളില്‍ ബാങ്ക് പണി മുടക്കുമെന്ന് എസ്ബിഐ, കാനറ, ഫെഡറല്‍ ബാങ്ക് തുടങ്ങി ഒന്‍പത് ബാങ്ക് തൊഴിലാളി സംഘടനകളുടെ കൂട്ടായ്മയായ യുണൈറ്റഡ് ഫോറം ഓഫ് ബാങ്ക് യൂണിയന്‍ (യുഎഫ്ബിയു) അറിയിച്ചു. എല്ലാ തസ്തികകളിലും നിയമനം നടത്തുക, പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസങ്ങള്‍ അഞ്ചാക്കുക തുടങ്ങി പല ആവ ശ്യങ്ങളും ചര്‍ച്ചയില്‍ ഉന്നയിച്ചെങ്കിലും തീരുമാനമായില്ലെന്ന് നാഷണല്‍ കോണ്‍ ഫെഡറേഷന്‍ ഓഫ് ബാങ്ക് എംപ്ലോയീസ് ഭാരവാഹികള്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
ജീവനക്കാരുടെ പ്രകടനം വിലയിരുത്താനും അതിനനുസരിച്ച് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ നിശ്ചയിക്കാനുമുള്ള സാമ്പത്തികസേവന വകുപ്പിന്റെ നിര്‍ദേശങ്ങള്‍ പിന്‍വലിക്കണമെന്ന് യുഎഫ്ബിയു ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.
